warranty policy
If you feel a product purchased on https://www.seasoneqpt.com has a manufacturer’s defect, please submit your claim HERE. We will contact you within 5 business days to let you know if your claim was approved, denied, or requires inspection.
Season guarantees all products sold by Season from seasoneqpt.com and authorized dealers to be free of defects in material or craftsmanship for a limited lifetime period (see below) from the date of purchase. If a product is found to be defective, Season Eqpt’s responsibility shall be limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. Season will not be responsible for any costs, losses, or damages incurred as a result of the defective product.
SKIS: lifetime
SNOWBOARDS: lifetime
SPLITBOARDS (not including third-party clips and hardware): lifetime
SKI POLES: 2 years
APPAREL: 2 years
Important - all potential warranty claims must meet this criteria:
- Product must be within the warranty period (see below for the warranty period of each product category).
- All claims must include a proof of purchase that clearly identifies the dealer and purchase date. If proof of purchase cannot be provided, we are unable to accept your warranty claim.
- Warranties apply only to Season products purchased from seasoneqpt.com and authorized Season Eqpt dealers and are valid for the original buyer only.
- Please carefully read our limited warranty policy to verify your product is eligible for warranty consideration.
What is not covered:
- normal wear and tear from standard use, cosmetic scratches or blemishes from sun, solvents or saturation
- rail, wall or impact damage
Returning product for warranty:
Warranty procedures vary based on where your Season product was purchased. See below for details.
Product purchased from authorized Season dealer:
Defective product purchased from a Season dealer must be returned to the point of purchase. The dealer will submit your warranty claim and arrange replacement or refund if claim is accepted.
If you have purchased your product in a different country than the one that you are currently in and are unable to submit a claim to the shop where you bought it:
Please contact us. If the warranty claim is accepted, a flat fee will be charged to cover shipping from either our USA or EU warehouse. Europe: 50€. North America: 30USD. Worldwide: 90USD.
Product purchased from authorized Season online dealer:
Contact customer service at the online dealer where you bought the item. The online dealer will submit your warranty claim and arrange replacement or refund if claim is accepted.
Product purchased from seasoneqpt.com:
If you feel a product purchased on https://www.seasoneqpt.com has a manufacturer’s defect, please submit your claim HERE. We will contact you within 5 business days to let you know if your claim was approved, denied, or requires inspection.
If your claim is approved, you must send the defective product back to our warehouse. We will email you a shipping label to return the defective product. Upon our receipt of the defective product, we will send you a replacement product or refund the purchase price.
If your claim requires inspection, you must send the product to our warranty center. You must pay shipping costs to send the product to us for inspection. If your claim is approved after inspection, we will send you a replacement product or refund the purchase price. We will also reimburse your shipping costs to send the product in for inspection with valid shipping receipt. If your claim is denied after inspection but you want the product returned, you will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the product back to you.
If your claim is denied but you feel the claim is valid, you may request an inspection at our warranty center. You must pay shipping costs to send the product in for inspection. If your claim is approved after inspection, we will send you a replacement product or refund the purchase price. We will also reimburse your shipping costs to send the product in for inspection with valid shipping receipt. If your claim is denied after inspection but you want the product returned, you will be responsible for the initial shipping costs as well as those to send the product back to you.
Product purchased on eBay, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc. are not valid for a warranty claim. Sorry, products purchased online from non-authorized Season dealers are not covered by warranty. If the eBay seller you bought the item from is an official reseller/dealer, then please contact them to arrange a warranty.
